    i think i will advice you to go for FCMB because it is good for starters. you can as well put it in prayer because with God all things are possible.

    FCMB is a better bank than Unity but wat u have to consider is wat dey r offering. FCMB Assurance/insurance is not same with FCMB bank and i know dey dont pay same. Unity bank will be better than FCMB Assurance but not FCMB bank.

    Check out the options, pray to God and hope for the best.

    what i need to tell u is that u need God's direction. why, cos with Him all our worries and confusion are taken away. somthin like this has happened to me b4. i went for a councellin in church and i prayed about it and God showed up. till now am still thanking God for His choice for my life. so i dont want u to be confused cos the solver of ur problem is always there 4 u which is God. i wish u all the best. be blessed

    thank GOD that u have a job in the first place and then a choice to make.
    on fcmb assarance and unitybank,i think u should go for unitybank,the bank is not a weak bank as some unimformed pple will present it,
    as for their pay,even though it is not the best in the industry,it not too bad. u will enjoy alot of work comfort in unitybank.their ET grade takes home close to 100k a month.so be wise
