just like the others have said i think you should fast and pray for directions
but if you ask me funny but i will ask you to go to unity bank cause it brings you to the banking circus and not an insurance company cause if you are a new intake (i e graduate trainee) then be sure that you are going to learn a lot in unity bank who knows in one or two years time you become a hot cake for other banks

just look for the one wit greater prospect and ask God to direct u.chees!!!

hey,i am serving with unity bank now and i think i know some stuff about them,i will strongly advice you to still stay in FCMB,unity bank is a bank that does not want to grow,their staff are complaning and leaving them daily,the salary is so poor.they dont have focus,have you ever seen their advert on TV?they are so stingy and not ready to spend money..
can you imagine?i told one of my friends i am serving with unity and and he asked my if it's a political party..

you don't have to be confused, all u need do is to compare the demands of both offers and make ur choice base on how comfortable u are with their conditions. Remember, banking is very very demanding. Choose wisely.

guy stay with FCMB my friend works ther and the pay is better Unity bank isnt a modern day bank

if i were you i will stay with fcmb cos im not so sure of unitybank, i did NYSC there so i know.

please i will strongly advise you to stay with fcmb because of the experience you tends to gain there. All the best.

considering that both banks fall under the same category, i think you should move to unity bank for the sole reason that they have a wider reach in terms of branch network.
