Topic: Test/Exam portal software (Pay as u go)

Hello,

I would like to introduce to you our product for efficient Job/academic aptitude testing/exam and other related processes.
We designed it to transparently handle student results whereby results of test/exams are immediately available and seen by the students (and of course the management too) with access to past exam result history through the student profile (although the option of the results being seen by the students immediately after test/exam remains solely the decision of the institution and so can be removed)

Its name is K-Cue e-Testing portal Software. It has the following features among others:

1. Ability to input/remove desired questions and answers.
2. Supports Single/Multiple choice answers.
3. Supports pictures and texts per question for English comprehension, technical related and other types.
4. Keeps profile of past, present and future taken tests.(i.e. can view past tests taken per candidate)
5. Automatic grading according to the settings. (Can set marking schemes)
6. Exam Centers can be setup/organized at any part(s) of Nigeria.
7. Different difficulty levels can be set
8. Can be used online or on the corporate network
9. Can include online payment for registration (if desired).
10. Can be customized to do survey and collate data for analysis.

We believe that the reasons for online exam/CBT are to automate the exam processes which will encourage speed of result computation, reduce fraud and other exam malpractices and so on. Well, this is achievable with the present available infrastructure. There are various implementations when we are talking about online exams/CBT. However, the type of implementation will dictate the risks involved (and steps to be taken to mitigate it), the facilities required and the expected results. (Further details in attached proposal).

We offer it as a service oriented software (which can be made available anywhere you want it) and not an outright sale which makes it easier for clients to use and takes off the payment of the software off their shoulders with exam centers made available at areas of choice in Nigeria. Offering it as a service includes providing computers and networks, center management, and result report generation. The system is extremely transparent and efficient.
