It all depends on the type of job you are about to be employed with. Most organisations / companies wants their staff to look corporate in their dressing so for me personally skirt suit is the best while skirt and blouse may be accepted by others. As i earlier said, it all depends on the job you are applying for. Trousers are not all that okay because it may put you at a disadvantage position is the any or all of the panel of interviewer has any dislike for Ladies wearing trousers.

@ coobed u sd : what about skirt & blouse...is it old fashioned? is is still vry fashionable infact d most fashionable. i advise u to wear such whenever d invite u for interviwe. lol

the whole idea of females in trouses is actually an anomaly. But it goes these days anyway. But that does not make it accepted by everyone. If you re a thinking person you ll know that the man/woman who does not buy the idea sees a man in skirt as your aligory. Like that? I think you should wear a skirt. Except its for a cleaner or engeneering job. cheers man.

It all depends on the skirt we are talking about as well as the pants or trousers. There are some trouser suits that spells out decency and commands respect while on the other hand, some skirt suits are just so seductive. Wat if the skirt we are talking about here is short or tight? Friend, just wear what presents you as qualified for the job period.
just look good.not too flashy though.ur outside kinda reflects ur inside and how u look boosts ur confidence so look good girl,u know what's right.
Well i think D best thing to wear Suit And Trouser With Tie,It makes u loook English.
A gud skirt suit should be best for ladies 2 wear for interviews.

If you are going for an interview it is better to go on skirt suit and dress properlly not exposing any part of your body.Mind you it is better to wear a skirt longer than your knee not above your knee.ALL THE BEST
