WE ARE LOOKING FOR SERIOUS AND GENUINE IMPORTERS OF CRUDE OIL (BONNY LIGHT, FORCADOS)



We are a Nigerian based company, privately owned and devoted to the Crude oil selling facilitation. We act as Crude Oil Agents to Crude Oil importers and exporters from non-sanctioned oil producing countries and act on their behalf to facilitate the smooth sale of Crude Oil from sellers based in Nigeria and ensuring authenticity and genuineness of the seller.


Our first responsibility to you is to ensure that we link you up with genuine exporters as we have a mandate from genuine potential crude oil sellers who are from Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Joint Operations Bonny Oceans Terminals.



We have a mandate for oil export allocations which has a cheaper price per barrel and have ready access to Bonny Light and Forcados crude oil. We work with end-buyers who are willing crude oil buyers or refineries that have the available funds to purchase Nigerian Bonny Light Crude oil and petroleum products.



Due to our extensive expertise and experience and unlimited oil allocations we are capable of selling Crude Oil in Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF), Free on board (FOB), Tanker To Tanker (TTT) and Tanker Take Over (TTO) basis and we would also provide you with a Proof of Product (POP) if required in which you can reconfirm from the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation Crude Oil Marketing Department (NNPC COMD) as it's done in likewise manner in every country of the world to ensure that the process of lifting crude oil globally is never complicated and never inspires, or, motivates fraud in any way.
However method that you choose the price of off-OPEC oil in Nigeria is $8 gross discount, $5net discount to buyer, Commission $3 for agents or facilitators.


From experience we have observed that a detailed step by step procedures are not cast on stones and could vary depending accepted procedures by both parties but they all have a re-occurring decimals which I would list below but since we are facilitators we would appreciate your company send us your procedures which we would review and provide comments before reaching out to the seller to review.



1. Buyer sends a Letter of Intension (LOI) which details (Crude Oil, Quantity, Frequency, Delivery Terms, Waters) through the buyer facilitators to the seller, captures details preferred procedure and step by step actions to facilitate the delivery of their products
2. Buyer facilitator reviews the document sent over and liaises with the sellers or their agents
3. Facilitators organises a conference call between all stake holders and introduces the buyer to the seller of the crude oil.
4. Seller and buyer sign Sales and Purchase contract Agreement including their bank details and both parties deposit copies with their respective banks.

5. All parties including the facilitators sign Master Facilitator's Payment Agreement (IMFPA) which details the amounts and commission for payment purposes
6. Seller's Bank issues SBLC or APG for the total value of the cargo in favour of the buyer to buyer's bank.
7. Upon receipt and confirmation of buyer's MT799, seller/producer/supplier within 5 banking days will allocate and reassign the allocation in the name of buyer. These include Provisional Lifting Right, Proof of Product, Allocation and AUTHORITY TO SELL in Seller’s name. These documents will be transmitted directly from NNPC-COMD to the buyer/buyer’s nominated Bank. The Lifting Right documentation shall consist of the following:
8.Upon confirmation of BANK PAYMENT INSTRUMENT which could be a LETTER OF CREDIT, loaded vessel sails to buyer’s port of discharge.
9. Upon positive Q & Q Result, the crude oil is discharged into the buyer’s tanks.
10. Payment is made within three banking days by MT103 or MT202 directly to seller’s account by SWIFT for the total value of the crude oil and agents nominated accounts as stipulated in the IMFPA per out-turn barrel upon presentation at the counter of buyer’s bank or either a Letter of Indemnity or all the originals of the shipping documents in the buyer’s name and seller’s commercial invoice.
