JOB FUNCTION:
The Quality Program Advisor reporting directly to the NPO QS Quality Manager is responsible for actively promoting quality awareness, commitment and stewarding quality throughout NPO.

Job function includes managing quality on multiple projects and providing implementation of early EMCAPS deliverables, plans, and provides resources.

Sets expectations for quality activities and performs evaluations through project wide assessments as well as determining processes improvements.
They confirm that NPO activities are meeting the overall Quality processes and OIMS goals and objectives by stewardship, assessment and leadership.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manages multiple projects aligned with General Managers, i.e., Development , Production
• Develops early EMCAPS deliverables/plans.
• Provides project with SME for required needs
• Participates in criticality assessment and provides full quality criticality overview (from Feed to Start-up)
• Sets expectations/input to staffing plan, provides Quality Assurance and Quality Control execution processes and supporting tools and early EMCAPS deliverables/plans (Pre-Gate 2 involvement)
• Deploys Quality Management resources on projects and provides guidance
• Responsible for ensuring implementation and verification of Quality processes
• Defines Quality Assurance and Quality Control expectations
• Performs project-wide assessments
• Analyzes data and determines root causes
• Networks on a routine basis with other program advisors
• Provide resources to participate on and provide support to PMT’s
• Independently evaluate Functions, PMT and EPC Contractors on their respective processes and their implementation
• Verify that projects are being completed in accordance with agreed standards
• Provides feedback to NPO QS Quality Manager on effectiveness of the NPO Project Quality Management Process
• Responsible for verification of Project Quality Processes
• Identifies need for process improvement

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor or Associates degree in Engineering or Science with 10 years of experience preferred or 15+ years experience in the Oil & Gas industry in Quality Management of Engineering, Construction and Commissioning projects including Quality Assurance Management, Quality Control, Systems Completions coordination, Commissioning and Start up activities.
• Worldwide experience with contractors, in particular those involved in the construction of offshore and onshore production facilities.
• Proven Management and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; persuasive with strong business perspective
• Strong teamwork, facilitation, with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the organization
• Knowledge of Industry Standards
• Knowledge of Company Management Systems (including OIMS and EMCAPS)
• Knowledge of NPO/MPN strategies and key business drivers
