JOB DESCRIPTION
Supervise catering operations and crew to ensure compliance with company standards of service at both offshore and onshore locations.
Preparation of daily food cost returns.
Undertake Inventory and stock control.
Ensure good customer relations and satisfaction.
Qualification Minimum of OND in Catering & Hotel management or related discipline.
Possession of Basic First aid, Firefighting, HUET or BOSIET training certificates will be an added advantage.
Experience Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the catering industry, preferably Offshore.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Good computer skills with knowledge of Daily food cost returns, and Inventory and stock control.
Positive attitude, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

JOB TITLE: IT OFFICER
LOCATION: Portharcourt

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for all IT related issues, such as: installation and management of soft wares, hard wares and programs.
Oversees and maintains the company’s website, servers, internet subscriptions and other IT data base systems.
Analyses, trouble-shoots and resolves all IT- related problems.
Oversees and maintains all IT equipments in the Base office.
Qualification Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or other related disciplines.
Possession of IT certifications such as : Cisco, Windows XP,etc , will be an added advantage
Experience Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in Website designs, Soft ware and data base management.

REQUIRED SKILLS

JOB TITLE: CHEF / COOK

Preparation of standard Continental or National dishes.
Preparation of menu.
Qualification Minimum of SSCE with at least 5 credits.

Experience Minimum of 4 years relevant experience, preferably offshore.

JOB TITLE: GENERAL HELPERS/ UTILITY ( Laundry, Stewards, Galley hands)
LOCATION: Portharcourt
JOB DESCRIPTION
To serve as a utility support staff for the cooks and bakers on offshore and onshore rig locations.
Qualification Minimum of SSCE with at least 5 credits.
Possession of Basic First aid, Firefighting, HUET or BOSIET training certificates will be an added advantage.
Experience Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in catering industry at Onshore and Off shore locations.
