Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Business Admin., Social Science or any related qualification
Professional Qualification will be an added advantage

JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Identify and plan training needs and opportunities, job descriptions, performance reviews and personnel policies of the organization.
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution
  • Monitor and measure staff performance.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports and other personnel management services.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
  • Planning and scheduling projects and ensuring timely completion.
  • Composing, designing and editing correspondence and reports.
