Job description:
- develop and implement corporate HR strategy in line with company's objectives
- manage annual firm wide staff training budget
- proactively develop revise and implement HR policies
- drive the imbibing and harmonisation of preferred culture
Qualification:
- proven ability to implement and execute
- computer literate
- must be highly organised
- master degree in humanities, business, social sciences in HR
- global certification such as SHRM, HRCI, CIPD is an added advantage
- knowledge of local and global HR landscape, laws and practices
- ability to balance operational and strategic roles to produce value added results
Job Position: Human Resource Assistant
Job description:
- Recruitment and onboarding logistics
- employee orientation, development and training logistics
- assisting with employee relations and employee communication
- compiling and preparing reports pertaining HR activities
- planning and sometimes delivering induction training for new staffs
Qualification:
- BSc in social science or a related field
- computer literate
- interest in human resources career
- must possess good planning and organisational skills
- must posses good communication and interpersonal skills
- must be personable, professional and courteous
