Our client is an engineering and facility management company situated in Lekki/Ajah area of Lagos. They are looking to hire outstanding individuals who will be the first point of contact for customers at their head office. The successful candidate will be expected to provide an efficient and responsive customer service function.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage the customer helpdesk, dealing directly with customers who come to the office or contact us by phone or email.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and ensure customer enquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently
•Perform day to day administrative tasks such as dealing with customer correspondence processing documents, applications and requests.
• Advice customers on procedures and direct them on the necessary steps required to deal with requests.
• Record details of enquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken
• Serve as liaison person between the customer and various departments within the organization.

Requirements:
• Degree or equivalent in any relevant field with at least 3- 4 years work experience in a Customer service or related role.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Knowledge of MS Office and database applications.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures and activities.
• Experience of working in a busy Facility Management or customer service environment would be an advantage.
• Candidate must be residing within Lekki/Ajah axis.
