POSITION:

1. QA/QC(QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL) INSPECTOR

Required No of Persons : 2 suitable candidates

LOCATION: ABUJA

REPORTING TO : QA/QC MANAGER


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Inspection of all incoming LV materials, external electrical like SLS, leak detection panels, piping, CPCMS,etc
  • Prepare documents and attachments for the inspection and testing of electrical system
  • Coordinate with client for inspection activities issued RFI(Request for Inspection) for witness/hold point etc
  • Overall quality supervision for MEP works


Qualifications and Experience

  • Must have at least five (5) years experience In HIGH RISE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION company
  • First degree in ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING from a reputable university
  • Upper age limt: 40years

2. SITE ENGINEER & QA/QC((QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL) INSPECTOR

Required No of Persons : 2 suitable candidates each

LOCATION: ABUJA

REPORTING TO : CONSTRUCTION MANAGER & QA/QC MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Act as the main technical adviser on the construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives
  • Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plants
  • Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents, supplied by the client/architect
  • Day to day management of site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors


Qualifications and Experience

  • Must have at least five (5) years experience In HIGH RISE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION company
  • First degree in CIVIL ENGINEERING from a reputable university
  • Upper age limt: 40years

3. QA/QC INSPECTOR

LOCATION: ABUJA

REPORTING TO : QA/QC MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Inspection of all incoming HVAC & plumbing
  • Site inspection and coordination
  • Review the mechanical works check list, as built on drawing and related quality control documents for final drossier
  • Overall quality supervision for MEP works


Qualifications and Experience

  • Must have at least five (5) years experience In HIGH RISE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION company
  • First degree in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING from a reputable university
  • Upper age limt: 40years

  • Formulates electrical specifications and safety guidelines
  • Selects appropriate electrical systems, equipment and technological devices for the projects
  • ensures that safety rules are been adhered to in conformity with regulatory standards
  • Develop or supervise the manufacturing of electrical equipments

  • Must have at least five (5) years experience In HIGH RISE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION company
  • First degree in ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING from a reputable university

5. SITE ENGINEER

LOCATION: ABUJA

REPORTING TO : CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Supervise the work of relevant mechanical(HVAC) contractors to ensure quality and that constructions/installations are in conformity with the drawings, specifications, etc
  • Review materials and equipment, ensuring that they are in accordance with the design
  • Witnessing testing, commissioning and performance of various plant and environmental impact issues are complied with.
  • Review drawings(As Built) and operation and maintenance manuals


Qualifications and Experience

  • Must have at least five (5) years experience In HIGH RISE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION company
  • First degree in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING from a reputable university
  • Upper age limt: 40years
