SALES EXECUTIVE (6 VACANCIES) REPORTS TO: BOUTIQUE MANAGER
Overall Objective- Delight our customers by delivering outstanding service to customers and selling the company’s products to achieve set target.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients with excellent product knowledge to achieve sales target.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Provide market intelligence reports on competitor’s activities.
- Identify sales prospects and develop other accounts as assigned.
- Establish, maintain and follow up on current client and potential client relationships.

STOCK KEEPER - 2 VACANCIES
REPORTS TO - BOUTIQUE MANAGER

Overall Objective: Overall responsibility for stock i.e. products to ensure accurate stock keeping and safety of the products at all times.
· Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors
· Receive and count stock items and record data manually and with the computer.
· Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, shipments and goods transferred between boutiques.
· Examine and inspect stock items for wear and defects, reporting any damage to line manager.
· Keep records on the use and or damage of stock or stock handling equipment and recommend disposal of excess, defective or obsolete stock
· Ensure that there are adequate stock levels of receipts, invoice booklets, shopping bags and other such requirements for boutiques
· Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools or other labeling equipment.
· Clean and maintain supplies, tools, and equipment and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
· Submit monthly report on fast-selling and slow-moving items.
· Determine proper storage methods, identification and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors and physical capabilities of facilities


Experience: Minimum 4 years , stock keeping accounting experience with additional responsibility for sales and marketing. Luxury brand experience is added advantage.

BOUTIQUE MANAGER2 VACANCIES
Overall Objective: To drive sales activities, direct, co-ordinate and motivate boutique members to deliver excellent customer service and achieve yearly boutique target. Develop and interpret tactical plans for driving sales.
Sales
  • Achieve agreed boutique sales (value & volume)
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets

  • Provide input into recruitment, performance management and development of direct reports.
  • Provide support to Head Office in recovery of old debt

CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE
REPORTS TO : EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Overall Objective: Support the planning and execution of effective Corporate Communication strategy.
Providing tactical and proactive support in developing media outreach strategies, creating and implementing product or service announcements, working with vendors and strategic partners, and assisting executives with public speaking engagements.

- Ensure maximum visibility of the company’s products/services in the national media in a cost effective and efficient manner whilst enhancing company image and visibility
- Build and manage relationships with appointed Media Agencies
- Champion and support the implementation plan of change management initiatives.
- Ensure brand strategy and message continuity across all marketing communications
- Ensure adherence to interdivisional/interdepartmental Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Stay current with industry practice on marketing communications using knowledge to impact communication tactics
- Identify new market segments and opportunities
- Establish relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate external and internal communication projects including sales communication, press releases, promotions, publicity campaigns, advertising, online marketing, events planning and all creative print, web, and press opportunities.
- Communicate and Monitor brand image brand/image concept to all agencies (materials, signage) and ensure compliance to Polo brand value
- Support the development of appropriate matrices and performance indicators to assess the department’s performance.
- Maintain people friendly agenda in all internal communications, providing input into content, language, edit of communications including newsletters, staff announcements etc.
- Manage relationship with external agencies e.g. Agencies, Media Consultants, Suppliers, Auditors etc
- Compile periodic management reports on the activities of the department for the attention of the Head, Corporate Affairs and Chief Executive Officer.
- Maintain inventory of company marketing communications materials.
- Review invoices presented by Third party suppliers (agents) to Polo Limited
- Perform other duties as required by the Head Corporate Affairs/Executive office.


Required skills and experience
- First degree in Humanities, public relations, journalism, communications or relevant marketing discipline
- Post graduate degree is preferable
- Relevant professional qualification is required.
- 5 years of related industry and consulting/account management experience in brand management, public relations.
