Internal Control/Auditor
• 2 to 3years experience
• HND or BSc degree or Masters degree
• Age: 26 – 35yrs old
• Sex: Male and Female
• Preparation and rendition of reports to external regulatory bodies
• Ability to liaise with and advice the Board of Directors on security issues; and Communicate security issues / observations of staff
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies (internal and external)
• Ensure safety of the physical premises of the bank; Safeguard office resources against waste, misappropriation, loss and unauthorized use
• Develop annual audit program; Conduct periodic audits and follow up audit of all units and branches
• Review processes and make recommendations for improvement; Ability to review operations processes, registers, general ledger accounts etc
• Ability and thoroughness in carrying out investigations and Spot checks
Legal Officer.

• 2 to 4years experience
• B.L.
• Age: 25 – 30yrs old
• Female (Only)
• Facilitating the smooth operation of the company’s formal decision making and organizing board and board committees meetings.
• Maintaining statutory books of the Bank
• Filing information with the Corporate Affairs Commission
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
• Assist in the implementation of corporate strategies
• Provide essential practical support to the chairman and other directors
• Assist in the compilation of board papers
• Ensuring that the Bank complies with its Memorandum and Articles of Association, drafting and incorporating amendments in accordance with correct procedures
• And other legal duties
Financial Control

• 2 – 5 years experience in audit, financial control or accounts from a banking, insurance or investment firm.
• HND or BSc degree or Masters degree
• Age: 23 – 30yrs old
• Male or Female
• Membership of a professional body such as ICAN, ACCA etc. would be an added advantage.
• Reconciliation of Banks statements
• Monitoring financial position of the organisations
• Preparation of management account (Daily Report on Income and expenses, Consolidated Income and expenses and consolidated Balance sheet)
• Rendition of PAYE & other taxes to the tax office
• Preparation of monthly performance report
• Call over of daily posting i.e. administrative expenses
• Interfacing with external auditors
• Preparing and rendition of monthly regulatory returns to regulatory bodies


Admin Officer


• 1 to 3years experience
• HND or BSc degree
• Age: 23 – 30yrs old
• Male or Female
• Supervise and coordinates the administrative personnel which include the (drivers, cleaners and security guards)
• Ensures timely payments of utility bills and salaries of administrative personnel
• Acting as intermediary between the administrative assistants and employees from time to time.
• Ensures the office equipments and facilities (Furniture, Cars, generating set etc) are adequately maintained and kept from damage at all times.
• Ensures the sewage and septic tank is properly evacuated; ensures that the Banks generating set is functioning effectively and stationeries are readily available for office use.
• Ensures all maintenance required are carried out effectively
• Obtains competitive price information; conducts periodic price survey and carry out procurement in situations were required items cannot be delivered
• Assist in preparing the yearly budget for the Unit.
• Liaising with vendor and services centers.

Marketing
(Unit Heads)

• 2yrs - 4yrs experience in a reputable MFB, PMI, Insurance Company or any Financial related institution
• HND or BSc degree or Masters degree
• Male or Female
• Age: 26 – 35yrs old
• Aggressive and Result oriented
• Experience in managing a branch or meeting point.
• Ability to mobilize deposit effectively.
• Ability to drive people to achieve set targets.
• Effective writing, presentation and communication skills.
• Must have analytical skills.
• Must have leadership skills and must be people oriented

Marketing
(Internship)

• OND holders (awaiting HND)
• OND DEGREE

• Regular opening of bank accounts.
• Create risk assets to generate income by introducing and encouraging credible and honest customers to take up loans.

• Ensuring proper back ground and security check on new recruits
