Job Title: Training Consultant
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:
· Marketing of all training products to existing and new clients
· Create and maintain good internal and external client relations
· Develop business and meet specified performance targets
· Conduct needs assessments to determine training needs of clients organization.
· Evaluate training and development programmes.
· Develop course content and training materials.
· Ensure that production of training materials meet the quality control check.
· Develop open/ tailored-made courses to reflect training needs of clients.
· Coordinate trainings and ensure that costs of executing programmes are within budget.
· Identify experienced subject matter experts and programme facilitators to add to faculty as the need arise.
· Ensure that the organizations statutory obligations are met.
· Follow changes and current trends in learning and development programmes and ensure these are reflected in the department.
· Manage existing relationship with clients and develop new relationship
· Learning Delivery Methodologies
· Learning Evaluation
· Planning both tactical and strategic
· Learning Needs Analysis
· Perform other general administrative functions as and when required

Qualifications and Requirements:
· B.Sc degree in Education, Human Resource Management, or Organizational Development.
· Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience, preferably in the areas of Workforce Development, Professional or Academic Development, Human Resource Management or a comparable field.
