An FMCG marketing company seeks to recruit Sales Representatives for their operations. We are a pioneer company in providing the door- to-door delivery of its cosmetics products in the country. It majors in Trade marketing of major cosmetic brands as well as the retail operations of lifestyle brands.

Job Summary:
The Sales representative will plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales.
The Sales representative reports to the Field Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
· Plan and manage business portfolio and territory according to an agreed market development strategy
· Manage product, pricing and margins according to agreed aims
· Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
· Communicate new product opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to Field and National sales managers
· Support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing
· Respond to and follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
· Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information
· Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships

Qualifications and Requirements:
· 2-3 years experience In Sales/ Marketing in an FMCG Company
· A University degree in a Social Sciences from a recognized University;
· Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating; driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles;
· Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues as well as business issues/opportunities;
· Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies and tactics as well as implementation skills
· Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
· Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
