A Real Estate company based in Sangotedo, Lekki Lagos is looking for an experienced, dynamic, articulate and result oriented property manager with proven competence, drive and energy to take charge of our Sangotedo office.

The Role includes:

»Project management, project development and estate agency services,
»Managing an extensive portfolio of client properties and also securing tenants (both corporate/individual)
»Managing landlords and other property agent etc.
»Business development - securing new instructions.
»Managing the day to day operations of the business.



Relevant experience includes:

»Managing residential and corporate property portfolios.
»Experience in Client management.
»Expereince Managing of a team.
»Experience in the administration of an office.


Key individual skills include:

»At Least 7 to 10 Years Experience in the Property/Real Estate Sector
»Be highly motivated and ambitious to grow the business
»Good computing skills including word, excel, PowerPoint
»Strong communication and organizational skills.
»Property management software knowledge a bonus.



Salary package will include a basic salary and profit share related bonus with the right candidate.
