JOB TITLE: Sales and Marketing Manager
LOCATION: Lagos
DIVISION/DEPARTMENT:Marketing
REPORTS TO: Managing Director
WORK RELATIONSHIPS:Sales and Marketing Officers, Sales and Marketing Executives

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market segments. Staff and direct sales team. Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
• Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
• Determine and manage the marketing budget
• Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
• Liaison with media and advertising
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
• Development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
• Creates and conducts proposal presentations
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
• Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications material
• Represent the company at various community and\/or business meeting to promote company’s product and company itself
• Establish and implement short and long term departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures
• Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations

EDUCATION:
• Bachelors degree or Higher National Diploma in Estate Management/ Real Estate
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Microsoft Office Suite
