Job Purpose:
Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
Duties:
· Maintains office efficiency by implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment.
· Answers to outside queries and resolves inquiries
· Liaises with Marketing Supervisor & Technical Supervisor as and when required on office processes & procedures.
· Implements office policies by maintaining standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
· Responsible for Company IT systems ( Phones, Databases, Software & Hardware)
· Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
· Keeps HOD informed of any new trends and issues that affect the company product or employees.
· Supervises office staff by orienting, and training employees..
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
Telephone skills, organizational/filing skills, above average Computer literacy
