Job Purpose:
Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
Duties:
· Maintains office efficiency by implementing office processes.
· Answers to outside queries and resolves enquiries
· Data input of all Technical reports, Marketing Subscriptions etc.
· Types letters and dispatches post as and when required
· Banking duties as and when appropriate
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
· Telephone skills, organizational/filing skills, above average Computer literacy.
