SUMMARY
Our client is a leading telecommunications service provider within the region, with a presence in 16 different Countries.
Our client is seeking KPI Owners.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensure all team is familiar with contracted Service Levels and Service obligations for supported accounts.
· Perform incident management analysis.
· Carry out trend analysis on all incident types to determine areas where efficiencies can be achieved by reducing the
number of incidents raised.
· Escalate unresolved issues.
· Ensure accurate and responsive alert monitoring and usage by team.
· Work with managers as required ensuring issues are resolved.
· RCA and possible remedial measures to be identified with in defined period of identifying a problem.
· Provide and review input to monthly customer periods.

SKILLS AND REQUIRMENTS
· Graduate.
· 1-2 years of relevant experience.
· Advanced Telecom, SS7 and Networking domain skills.
· VAS Domain/Application specific skills.
· Backup/Security field, deep engineering troubleshooting skills for application/Interfaces/DBs.
· Process oriented person.
· Excellent communication skills – written and oral.
