QUALIFICATIONS:B.SC
* Must possess leadership qualities.
* Should have excellent communication skills.
* Must have the ability to think and take decisions.
* Must be a team player and should be self motivated.
* Should possess negotiation skills.
* Must have the capability to initiate.
* Should possess strong presentation skills.

EXPERIENCE:3-5YRS preferably in the Aviation industry.


Duties of HR & Training Personnel.
1. Monthly updating of the Leave records of all the Employees on the Biometric System. & following up for the Leave applications with the Employees.
2. Query and grievances handling of the Employees.
Preparing MIS and following up with the Business Development Manager .
3. Issuing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Transfer Letters & Confirmation Letters.
4. Taking Exit-Interview and Issuing Reliving letters & full and final statement of existing employees.
5. Participating and Discussing with Management regarding the new policies.
6.Maintaining the records of the employee by maintaining their personal file.
7.Handling recruitment.
8.Organising of Training for staff,
9. Work Allocation,
10. Time Office Management,
11. Payroll, Benefit and Compensation management,
