Our client in the retail and food industry seeks the services of an HR Officer who will live and work at Ibadan with the following:

Qualification:
A minimum of HND in relevant field (Professional qualification will be an added advantage)

Experience:
4 years experience in similar role

• Age: 28-32 yrs old
• Sex: Male/ Female

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Work with the managing consultant to plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development
• Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development.
• Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
• Ensure unit works within the agreed budgets
• Ensures proper staff performance management and career development
• Implement sound performance appraisal and reward management structures.
• Support in the promotion of learning culture in the workplace.
• Support in the management and maintenance of all official issues
• Support the HR manager to create programs that will ensure change in required areas.
• Carry out survey and analysis issues; determine way forward for implementation.
• Write and submit report at required time.
• Manage other HR transactional issues as directed by the line manager.
