Dakcom Integrated services Limited; one of the nation’s full-service and integrated real estate companies engaged in the ownership, management, leasing, acquisition and development of residential and commercial properties located in strategic markets across Nigeria seeks for immediate employment an experienced facility manager.

Responsibilities:

Oversees operational management of all properties; which include maintenance, safety, security etc.
Manages client (tenant) relations and coordinates requests for repairs and maintenance, and other tenant concerns.
Bids work for capital expenditures; keeps accurate records of current building conditions.
Demonstrates a positive, professional and client-oriented attitude about the company with clients.
Direct and plan all essential central services such as security, maintenance, cleaning ofthe premise & gutters, garden and waste disposal.
Initiate and manage suppliers/ vendors and artisans' relationships.
Coordinates and supervises all repair jobs.
Performs periodic inspection of facility to ensure compliance to safety regulations.
Responding appropriately and promptly to emergencies and urgent issues as they arise.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of HND degree in any social science discipline

Minimum of two years cognate experience in construction or real estate industry.
