Customer Service Manager At Graycom Consulting

Job Description:

Communicate courteously with customers with telephone, email, letter and face to face
Investigate and solve customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants
Handle customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue etc
keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
Analyse statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organisation is providing
Develop customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organisation or department
Meet with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service
Involve in staff recruitment and appraisals
Train staff to deliver a high standard of customer service
keep ahead of developments in customer service by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending courses
Other responsibility will be assign by management from time to time


Job Requirements
Preferred skills

Very confident, strong communication skills (Oral and written)
Good Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other relevant software
Strong business planning skills.

Qualification and Experiences

Must have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Psychology or relevant degree
A postgraduate degree will be an advantage
Ability to speak more than one language will be an added advantage

Remuneration
Salary: NGN80, 000 – NGN100, 000
