As a Customer Service or Sales Representative, you will be part of our call center team focused on helping customers while providing an exceptional customer experience.

As part of the application process, you will take an assessment and will be considered for placement into a customer service or sales role based on current skill set and business needs.

As an Masterpiece Limited team member, you will have 6 – 8 weeks paid training designed to help you succeed.   • Build and maintain rapport with customers
  • Identify customer needs; review and update activity on accounts

  • Attend training to update product knowledge

Requirements

  • Dedicated people who enjoy helping others
  • Degree in Social Sciences
  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience in a service related industry preferred (call center, retail, cashier, food service, telecommunication, etc.)
  • Computer proficiency, including ability to toggle between multiple screens
  • Strong communication and service/sales abilities

You must be at least 24 years old to apply and pass drug screen, criminal background check, and comprehensive assessments during and after training.
