Responsibility ·Assist in designing and conducting new employee orientations. ·Assist in administering and explaining benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and insurance carriers. · Participate in resolving employee relations issues. ·Contribute in recommending, developing and scheduling training and development courses. ·Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. ·Make suggestion on the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries. ·Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems. ·Assist in developing and recommending operating policy and procedural improvements. ·Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity organization. · Conduct wage surveys within labour market to determine competitive wage rate. · Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations. · Prepare reports and recommend procedures to reduce turnover · Develop, implement, and/or facilitate various training and development programs. ·Analyze, identify and prioritize the technical training needs of the organization. ·Manage the training development budget. Demonstrate the ability to take initiative/ability to work with minimal supervision

Responsibility · Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects. · Plan and design buildings structures, following construction · and government standards, using design software and drawing tools. · Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards. · Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site. · Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction. · Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility. · Prepare or present public reports, such as bid proposals, deeds, environmental impact statements, and property and right-of-way descriptions. · Test soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel. · Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel. · Conduct studies of traffic patterns or environmental conditions to identify engineering problems and assess the potential impact of projects. Responsibility · To enforce check and control on site(s) to minimize loss. · To maintain the company’s mark of excellence associated with our services in line with our vision and maintain a close supervision of all external contractors within your specified field of authority to ensure that they conform with same. · Researches previous survey evidence, maps, deeds, physical evidence, and other records to obtain data needed for surveys. · Determines methods and procedures for establishing or reestablishing survey control. · Keeps accurate notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed. · Coordinates findings with work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and others concerned with project. · Responsible for preparing Schedules and all required documentation on a regular basis for the project manager. · Supports the maintenance of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in conjunction with Planning Manager and Project Manager. · Monitors and updates the Site Schedules with actual hours expanded and estimates to complete (ETC) in conjunction with the Project Manager.
