We are looking for the following qualified candidates to be employ on behalf of our client for a rotational contract based in South-West, South-East and South-South Nigeria.

Reports to: Project Management Manager or to the Senior Project Manager if assigned to a major project.
Supervision of : Project team.
Liaises with : Internally interfaces with all departments/personnel involved in the project. Externally with all contacts with the Client and its representatives. Contacts with suppliers and subcontractors.

Supporting the project team in all general administrative duties necessary for the successful execution of the project.
To play an active role in ensuring that all Project HSE goals are achieved and where possible exceeded.
To provide high quality administrative support to all project team members.
Accurate input of data into project databases in line with applicable project procedures.
Assist with the preparation of project documentation.
Photo copying, filing and retrieval of documents.- Provide secretarial support to the Project Team / Project Manager.
Production of Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint documents/reports as required.
Maintain accurate filing system for project letters / reports / memos etc
Arrange travel/accommodation for project team members in line with company procedure.
Take and record phone calls for project team members
Status: 12 months renewable contract
Location: Southern, Nigeria
Educational Qualifications for all positions:First Degree and HND Graduates Only (minimum lower credit), not more than 30 years. Experience in Project Management, Health Related sector will be an added advantage.
