    WATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CONTRACT STAFF AND A GRADUATE TRAINEE

    What is the difference between a contract staff and a graduate trainee? Please, can someone in the house help me out? Thanks.

    They are two differentthings, a graduate trainee is a staff but still undergoing training, they will confirm his/her appointment after this period, most of the company used 1 year for this, that is when they said someone is under probation. While contract staff are not full staff they are not entitled to some certain benefits in the company, they are hired staff.
