Boutique Manager
Our Client is a leading luxury goods industry in West Africa.
Their merchandise offerings include an extensive selection of watches as well as writing instruments and leather goods and accessories. We have the sole agency in Nigeria of some of the world’s most prestigious Swiss watch and jewellery brands.
The company is presently in search of a Boutique Manager with solid management experience in Luxury & Premium Life Style Products. The suitable person must be a highly motivated leader who is entrepreneurial & manages through influence with sound business acumen, analytical & strategic thinker.
Role

  • Build, manage and operate the company's sales operations.
  • Will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy
  • Responsible for modifying the organizational structure, sales process and training content as needed to maximize the sales team productivity and achieve the company goals
  • Learn company’s problems in technological, financial, service field & develop strategic planning process to encounter them
  • Develop annual operating budget as well as all project budgets and oversees them
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to help them meet their goals
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy to support the company’s goals regarding revenue growth and e-Builder’s brand as a thought leader and an employer of choice.
  • Act as a spokesperson and represent the company at industry events and when needed with industry influencers, press, and analysts
  • Ensures that all employees meet or exceed all sales activity goals and that information is properly captured in the sales management system
  • Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up
  • Provides timely feedback to the Chief Executive regarding sales activity, performance, and forecasts
  • Supports board of directors in formulating policies and projects and making policies recommendations.

Requirements

  • Ability to think strategically but also roll up your sleeves and get things done
  • Ability to demonstrate process oriented mind-set and approach to sales
  • Demonstrate strong analytical mind-set and capability
  • Specific Sales Experience 15+ years of sales experience to the enterprise
  • Experience working with CRM and sales automation systems
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Excellent people leadership and management skills
