i believe dat this issue is subject to the peculiar circumstances surrounding the break up in d first place!......i hav seen instances whr friends part ways on a mutual agreement!
however the extent of the relationship is what should be underscored here!....if u r not in enmity wt ur Ex it automatically means dat he/she is ur friend!.......... the degree to which u want to go in d definition of such second chance friendship is a personal and relative thing..
