I was askd on Monday (amongst other questions) during an interview wt a sml coy wht I thnk abt d Militancy &terrorist operations in the country,I didnt see the question as relevant to the interview,so I knew they were after my IQ and diplomacy.I told them I think there should b more meetings btw d FG and d militants to completely ascertain what they-militants want and to reach a compromise,not force amnesty on them.About the terrorists,I answered that there should be no form of encouragement but that it should be condemnd utterly.They asked me how,I told them...by force.They thanked me &afta another long boring session released me.What do you guys think?

Just be yourself and do not forget these people are human beings too... they don't bite :). However, you must do proper research before your interview... on interviews generally and also on the company. And whatever happens, do not lose focus. Even if u r sure the answer u just gave is 'wrong'. I personally think interviews are not so much about the 'right' or 'wrong' answers. It's more about your attitudes, character and personality. The questions are designed to test your loyalty, confidence, ability to deal with pressure or something you did not see coming, etc... so if you can exhibit the right attitudes through out, u should be home free.

Good thing u have a normal experience but just in case u are preparing for another one, just know that any and everything is a possible interview question. If u read through this thread, the things you'll see are real experiences of people. It all depends on the employer and interviewer.

I think the important thing to remember is to pray and be relaxed. Having had successful interviews myself both at home and abroad i think i can confidently say that it is all about your personality. If they like you, then they like you regardless of your answers (as long as your answers are not stupid). Pls show high levels of enthusiasm and smile all the time even if they are frowning. And when they ask you if you have any questions pls ask a question, if you dont it tells them that you have no depth

what of a situation when, one is ask to a ask question, instead he ask the panel if he can advise and the panel said yes and went on to make suggestion on how to improve the the sector in nigeria

If one is told you are better than this job, You'll reply' since I'm well-qualified for this job, the employer will get a fast return on his investment as a growing and renowned company such as this can never tire of having too much talents.

it means, those things that give you set backs in your endeavours, a job, etc. You need to be precise and honest about that. But try not to expose yourself so much on the weaknesses ok. I think it works that way
