IT WAS NOT STATED THAT APPLICANTS MUST PROVIDE UNSCRATCHED SCRATCH CARDS but the cards provided should be sufficient to attest to the relevant credentials and this applies to only applicants with WAEC or NECO credentials, the purpose only is to provide a verifiable platform for credentials. There is also a provisions that forged or uncertains results/credentials are submitted at applicants responsiblity. THIS MEANS THAT APPLICANTS ARE FREE TO SUBMIT CREDENTIALS IN THIER OWN BEST INTEREST.
IT WASNT STATED THAT EXAMS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN ALL OF THE STATE CAPITALS '' but it was directed that applicants should indicate the state capital closest to them as this would be used in determining the center selection processes and batch.""
It should be noted that every employment agency has a stake in profit making either from the issuing cooperate bodies in need of tested clients or from the applicants themselves either in form of registration fees or a months percentage from successful applicant's first pay-check ie those who have been confirmed for employment.

why get jumpy if someone says ur credentials are to be verified? let me tell u all company dont verify results immediately it takes any outfit time and money to do all these. check Kogi state civil service that was a canker worm of fake civil servants with similarly fake well doctored credentials. the good with WAEC is that they are online and anybody from anywhere can simply verify ones credential unlike going about ones first degree verification that will have to take u up to the exams and record office. ol boy if a system or a recruiting enterprise says they verify credentials it is thire policy , listen it is like acting as a shorty or guarantor for somone if they steal or are found wanting in profile u shud know that the agency will have reprimands or reprisals from clients. it is simple if u are scared of sacrificing money as registration to employment agencies or watever pls sit in your fathers WC and waith till he finds u one. stay back if u must every agency is into money making like it or not.
