I went to the NDDC website on www.nddc.com.ng to apply for the welding and fabrication training programme advertised on the vanguard nigeria newspaper of july 5. Suprisingly I couldn't find any link on which to click and apply. This is an obvious fraud that nigerian youths' should not be made to pass through. There is no sincerity on the part of the NDDC management to help Niger-Delta youths. This is nonsense should stop.
