My Neighbour Just Lost A Child- My landlord said so.

In a very surprising twist, my neighbour just lost her little son precisely two weeks after my landlord promised to 'deal with her'. The reason has been the fact that he has been unable (due to a court order) to evict the said woman who happens to be a widow having lost her husband after a protracted illness. Her husband died 8months after having a duel with my landlord over his constant harrassment on account of over-the-roof electric bills that we tenants were asked to pay almost twice a month. My people is that fair? What should we do in this circumstance?
