I had similiar question in my last interview and what they are looking for is your attitude.
1. If you are employed, depending on the terms on your appointment letter, u are suppose to give atleast two weeks notice or forfeit your basic salary. ( This is what they are looking for if you are currently employed).
i.e = forfeit your basic salary or = give two weeks notice to make proper handing over.
The best answer is to give atleast two weeks notice, to enable you hand over, and the company get someone to take your place if need be.
If you consider this in your answer you will leave a good impression of a thoughtful person to your interviewer.
