Topic: House, Am i making a mistake?

I normally sit and wait to be called for TEST and Interview after submitting cv/application online And have not receive any invitation whatsoever.

pls i want to know: Is it employer that calls for TEST or do i inquire for TEST date and go for it after submitting my cv/application THEN wait for employer to call for interview.
Please i want to know the modalities

please i really dont understand why your counsel to activo is basically on engineering seminars, is he an engineering graduate.

my candid advise is for you to keep on applying and wait for God's time and would also want you to broaden your scope/ opportunities by enrolling for courses/seminar..probably in your own field. i believe this will help.
