i received a mssg yesterday through e mail address that the test will be taking place as follows:
Date: saturday, 24th january, 2009
venue: Lagos international Trade Fair Complex, Badagry-Expressway, Lagos
Time: 12.00pm
please come to the venue with writing materials(especially one HB pencil),a copy of this invitation letter, verifiable form of identifying yourself and 2 passport photogragraphs.

Hw u dey?that means there will be centres accross the country.i live in Sokoto and do not want to go down to ABJ.Kaduna is better.One other person in lagos said his own center is Law school Abuja.
