Can u submit CV in shell, mobil, total, oando without vacancies?

..pls your candid advice is needed here...jus wanted 2knw if submittin cv in career site of d major multinationals helps,ie without vacancy posting...assumin u meet d 2.1 criteria 4fresh graduate..

Xyoung, there is nothing wrong in submitting unsolicited applications to a company's website. But from my own observation, it works better for Experienced Hire. But for fresh graduates, though it works sometimes, but it better to submit them when there is a specific vacancy opening, or when a graduate recruitment exercise is going on. I hope you understand.
