Brother, I do not trust that advert. Considering all the renowned scholarship scheme we know, we don't have to purchase forms with money. This bullmate is asking for 3,500 if am nit mistaking moreover, how can you learn petroleum drilling in 20days. Man am skeptical about them. I don't trust that advert.

Where did you come across their advert? I think they may be one of those illegal bunkering and drilling of our petroleum pipelines. They should be investigated!
