    BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS ( The Remedy )

    1. No Breakfast
    People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar
    level.
    This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing
    brain degeneration.

    2. Overeating
    It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental
    power.

    3. Smoking
    It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.

    4. High Sugar consumption
    Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients
    causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

    5. Air Pollution
    The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air
    decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in
    brain efficiency.

    6. Sleep Deprivation
    Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will
    accelerate the death of brain cells.
    7. Head covered while sleeping
    Sleeping with the head covered, increases the concentration of carbon
    dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain
    damaging effects.

    8. Working your brain during illness
    Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in
    effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.

    9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts
    Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation
    thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.

    10. Talking Rarely
    Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain

    I AM SO GUITY OF 4 OF THIS THINGS I.E NO BREAKFAST AND SO WHEN I HAVE LUNCH I TEND TO OVER EAT. I DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH SLEEP AT TIMES AND I ALWAYS COVER MY HEAD AT NIGHT.

    BUT I THANK GOD O! I'VE BEEN DOING DOING THIS FOR YEARS AND MY BRAIN IS STILL INTACT.

    GOD HELP US. ITS WELL.

    MY ADVICE JUST DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO REMEMBER JOB HE SAID HIS GREATEST FEAR HAD COME UPON HIM.

    HABIT OR NO HABIT WE ARE BLESSED, FAVOURED AND IN PERFECT HEALTH COS GOD'S WORD SAYS THAT OUR HEALTH WOULD NOT FAIL.

    dear tarby, the fact that u have been doing all these for years and ur brian has not failed does not mean that u should continue. Most diseases such as cancer and kindney failure happen after long time abuse of our system.
    God who blessed us with perfect health also gave us brains to think and decide the right thing to do pls dont tempt God by doing unhealthy things and hoping that he will keep protecting u. Its just like a man entering a lions den on purpose with the hope that God will shut the lions mouth guess what happened to him, he was eaten by the lion

    My people, i am guilty of No. 1 & 2. I decided to stop taking brakefast becos i found out i was getting to fat for my liking and when i eat later oh my God! it's like taking a double portion.

    Anyway can anybody advice my on what to do so as not to get fat? 'coz i like to take breakfast and i have being denying myself of that.

    MR AYEE ITS NOT THE SAME THING.
    I DONT THINK COVERING ONE'S HEAD IS TEMPTING GOD INFAQCT HE IS NOT TO BE BROUGHT INTO IT AT ALL.

    IF ANYONE DECIDES TO GO ON COVERING THEIR HEADS AT NIGHT TILL THEY DROP I DO NOT THINK THAT THEIR DEATH WOULD BE DUE TO BRAIN DAMAGE COS SOME PEOPLE HAVE BEEN DOING IT FOR YEARS.

    ITS THE SAME SCIENCE THAT SAYS WE SHOULD COVER OUR HEADS IN THE SUN TO AVOID ULTRA VIOLET RAYS, IT ALSO SAYS TYING ONES HEAD AT NIGHT WITH SILK SCARFS HELP PREVENT HAIR LOSS ETC.

    SO MY BROTHER IF DECIDING TO BONE SOME SCIENCE FINDINGS IS TEMPTING GOD, THEN SO BE IT (NOT THAT I THINK IS ANYWAY).

    Benita all u need do is dont skip meals make sure u eat ur 3qsuare meal but very little quantity, always drink a lot of water and engage urself in some exercise cos its also good and take fruits at all times.....example in d Morning hours of 7 - 9am: absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should
    be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before
    6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial
    to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should
    change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 -
    10am rather than no meal at all...And Tbaby try ur best ok all this things dose not have any impact now but during our old age.God bless u all
