When I receive messages like this, I do not get bothered at all. The truth is, I'll advise we don't bother ourselves with these things. I have written a lot of apptitude tests and have done exceptionally well but sometimes do not receive any feed back.

In your chat with HR they have a lot of psycological questions and others and based on that they decide on what unit to place you or job path they feel is best for you.

Now there are 2 options they either create one for you or wait for an opening.

Most times they wait for one as in move the original occupant higher or to a new department and replace with you.

Depending on how urgently they need the services it might take a while while they work out modalities.

Bank PHB recently aquired spring bank so HR has their hands full with trying to unify the banks Human Resources.
