    poster you are a thief,sweden government are giving people all over the world free tuition. and you want to give people the information by collecting money.na wa for you.there is no special procedure for appling.if you want to make money why don't you carry gun and steal. anybody interested in studing in sweden should go to www.studera.nu follow the instruction there.its easy
