i think gtb is the best of the 3
its not merely the pay that u should be looking at
job conditions,stiff targets etc
fine they mite not pay as much as some
but would u rather intercontinental that`d suspend or slash ur salary
if u dont meet targets?
truth is u need to prioritize your needs.
do u want to go to work frustrated everyday.
bank is not bank o
another thing u need to consider is whether the offer
is in marketing or operations
but its just my opinion and ur decision to make

Accept my congrats! You really need to pray hard. Nobody can advise correctly. Only god can direct you on the right path to follow. Inquire from the Lord as David would always did. Put all the offers before God and tell Him to direct you what to do.
