Age limits and job seekers
I have actually been considering this for sometimes now and I really don't know what excuse to give on behalf of the employers for putting age limits on prospective jobs. Consider the inconsistent academic calenders and several other factors. House, what do you really think about this?

Re: Age limits and job seekers
The smartest you can get is:
3 yrs of nursery school
6 yrs of primary school
6 years of secondary
1-2 years of Jamb wahala
4- 5 years of undergraduate studies when there is no strike actions and no excessive carry overs otherwise it becomes 6-7 years of undergraduate studies
1 year of waiting for youth service
then Work experience ave of 3-5 years.
Assuming that one kicks off at 4 years which is only possible for 55% of Nigerians.
then you'd be looking at 28 to 32 years,
AND YET MOST OF THESE EMPLOYERS WOULD GLADLY STATE AGE LESS THAN 25!!!!
