(1) Job Title: Human Resources Manager
The human resources manager would develop advice on and implement policies relating to the effective use of personnel within the organization.

Job Description:-
working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
•recruiting staff: this includes developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates;
•developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management/appraisals, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
•advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;
•undertaking regular salary reviews;
•negotiating with staff and their representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions;
•administering payroll and maintaining records relating to staff;
•interpreting and advising on employment legislation;
•listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
•developing, with line managers, HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels;
•planning and sometimes delivering training, including inductions for new staff;

(2) Job title: Business Development Manager- Mobile Technology

Job Description:
Working independently to meet and exceed revenue targets.
•You will have individual responsibility for new business, and are expected to self manage; however, you will be part of a growing team of people in all business units. Support is available by the managing director for complex large pitches and strategies.
•Generate the demand for our technology solutions by indentifying business needs, managing accounts, cold calling, prospecting, developing a thorough needs analysis and closing targeted opportunities.
•Presenting to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
•Ensure that prospects and or clients are aware of our products/services that may best ‘fit’ their current and future needs by ensuring that appropriate marketing collateral is prepared and provided to prospects.
•Responsible for maintaining opportunities inside our existing CRM systems
•Preparation of quotes and proposals for prospects in conjunction with the pre-sales team
•Qualify, manage and close deals as necessary
•Negotiate opportunities within a prospected environment
•Collaborate with Group Events and media unit to plan, implement seminars, conferences, exhibitions and any other marketing related programs or activities.
•Prepare and track marketing plan.
•Keep abreast of issues affecting the telecoms industry and collecting competitor intelligence.

(3) Job Title: Applications Developer

Job Description:
- Working on multiple IT related projects for the company concurrently.
- Lead & train the Software solutions team

Competency Requirements
- Minimum of three years experience in C sharp (C#), the .NET Framework SDK, ASP.NET, VB.NET, Java, J2ME, ASP.
- Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming techniques
- Knowledge of Windows XP SP 2, Windows Server 2000, Windows 2003 Server, Microsoft SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2005.
- Programmatic use of Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Strong Database development and Database administration skills and experience.
- Knowledge in xml/soap client calls and webservice invocation.
- The ability to develop and deploy Windows, Web and distributed applications through the application of the required technologies enumerated above.

Personal Specification
- BSC (minimum second class lower) in Computer Science & Engineering or any related degrees.
- Microsoft Certified Application Developer ( MCAD ) or Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) Certificate
- Experience in a mobile technology environment will be an added advantage.

Work experience – minimum of 3 yrs experience in a mobile technology firm
Age range 27-35 years

Salary Range: 840,000 per annum (highly negotiable)
