40 questions in 12 mins no be easy thing ooo, anybody that scores 40/40 deserves my respect forever. Dont bother reading, the only preparation you need is a good rest and a relaxed mind or else fireworks go happen i think you all know what i mean. People asking of what came out forget it nobody go tell you remember we are in a competition for limited spaces well try your luck oo mr nice is still out there sha!. The exam was so perfectly conducted that you no even fit cheat, lol! even sef if you carry ten gurus beside you na double wahala because no be as you sabi book, na as you remain focus and mentally prepared.
From the SHRM site, the mode of grading is in percentile you can score 30/40 and still get 99 percentile. Na my only hope be that, no be say i dey pray say make evrybody no do well but i dey pray for myself say make i dey among the top pple even if i get 15/40 (lol!)

HINT: Dont do the exam after eating amala with draw soup because your brain go just dey boot like pentium 3 i think that was my mistake.
