BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Qualifications:
1. Must possess at least a B.Sc/ B.A/ B.Tech degree or equivalent qualification (minimum of a Second-class, lower division) from a reputable Higher Institution
2. Must have 2 – 3 years post NYSC experience in Admin/Human Resource Management or Business Development from a reputable company
3. Must have proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
4. Membership with recognized Management bodies is an added advantage.
Qualities:
- Must have a high level of initiative, analytical reasoning, organizational capability, corporate experience and demonstrate ability to work (and take sound decisions) without supervision.

Job Description:
Core responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Oversee the entire ‘Operations’ of the organisation by supervising the Administrative Manager and Accounts Officer.
2. Oversee the ‘Marketing end’ of the organisation by holding weekly Marketing meetings and co-ordinating the Marketing team to ensure optimum productivity/ sales is attained.
3. Oversee and co-ordinate routine procurement of products. Also, supervise post-procurement product transfer, storage, audit & recording, shelving and display of products.
4. Monitor records of all stocks (including inflows and outflows) to or through the Sales facility.
5. Oversee the Company’s budget (available funds) to ensure conformity with the foundational business plans; make approvals for the disbursement of cash for operations & logistics.
6. Develop business plans/ ideas and innovations to maintain the current client base and ultimately improve the organisation’s profitability, sustainability and competitiveness within the industry.
7. Daily report to the MD/ CEO of the organisation with respect to all activities carried out.

ACCOUNTS OFFICER
Qualifications:
1. Must possess at least a B.Sc/ B.A/ H.N.D degree (minimum of a Second-class, lower division) in Finance, Accounting, Social Sciences or Management Sciences from a reputable Higher Institution
2. Must have 3 – 5 years post NYSC experience in a similar position from a reputable company
3. Must have proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and other Sales software
4. Membership with recognized Accounting and Management bodies (such as ICAN, ACA/ACCA) is important.

Qualities:
- Must have a high level of initiative, analytical reasoning, organizational capability and be able to work (and take sound decisions) without supervision.
- Must be well-rounded, a team-player and willing to take responsibility.
- Must be extremely meticulous with figures and computations.
- Must keep records with finesse.
- Must multi-task excellently and possess good reporting skills.

Job Description:
Core responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Maintain accurate records of all company Stocks.
2. Handle Cash and keep accurate records (using the relevant books) of same.
3. Monitor and control the Company’s Budget- inflows and outflows.
4. Carry out routine audit of stocks and operations (sales).
5. Daily update electronic records of the business summary.

Job Description:

1. Manage the Business premises.
2. Manage Personnel/ Staff of the organisation to achieve maximum productivity.
3. Carry out Customer Relationship Management and handle all correspondence to/ from clients and other stakeholders.

LOGISTICS OFFICER
Qualifications:

2. Must have at least 2 years working experience in a similar position from a reputable company
3. Must be able to drive (with no accident/ DUI record) and have a valid Driver’s licence
4. Must be conversant with Port Harcourt city’s layout

- Must be ‘street-wise’ and understand the mentality of Port Harcourt people and/or thugs.
- Must have a high level of initiative, co-ordination, analytical reasoning, and be able to work (and take sound decisions) with minimal supervision.

- Must be very familiar with automobiles/ vehicles and their general problems.
- Must be disciplined, well-mannered and courteous.
- Must be physically sound, emotionally stable, and agile.

Job Description:

LOGISTICS ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
1. Must possess at least an S.S.C.E certificate (minimum of four Credits, to include English) from a reputable Secondary school
2. Must have at least 2 years working experience in a similar position from a reputable company
3. Must be able to drive (with no accident/ DUI record) and have a valid Driver’s licence
4. Must be conversant with Port Harcourt city’s layout
