BLEND PLANT CO-ORDINATOR
A Successful and innovative Leading Chemical company involved in Manufacturing /Sales of Specialty Oilfield Chemicals is currently seeking for 1 Warehouse/ Blend Plant Coordinator for our Facility in Port-Harcourt. Qualification / Experience

· Minimum of First Degree with Second Class Upper in Chemical/Petrochemical or Mechanical Engineering , Advanced Science Degree or any related discipline .

· Minimum of 3- 5 years relevant experience in Order Planning and Management within the Oil and Gas Industry.

· Knowledge and experience in standard Environmental and Safety policy implementation.
· Computer Literacy and Knowledge of SAP or Lotus software applications is required.
· Action oriented drive for results, Leadership skills, Good Communication skills, Strong Organizational /functional skills, excellent analytical skills and ability to work in a fast paced Environment is required.

· Understanding or background in Warehouse inventorying experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
· Performs Inventory Checks, cycle counts, data correction and other warehouse related functions as needed.
· Directs activity of warehouse /Blend plant operators regarding order priority and workload.
· Interface with materials control, quality assurance, Logistics analyst and other groups to expedite material availability and communicate priorities.
· Support and assist in Safety programs including preparing risk analysis, job safety analysis, personal protective equipment compliance, and investigations, emergency responses and drills.
· Monitors inventory and material usage variance report to insure accuracy of Blended products and raw materials, investigates discrepancies and issues cycle counts and corrective actions when necessary.
