Job involves impacting technical knowledge to skilled and unskilled workers from industrial sector, manufacturing sector, oil and gas sector and telecommunication sector via the use of modern training aids, simulation.
Key Responsibilities
} Technical instructor for electrical troubleshooting
} Technical instructor for electronics troubleshooting
} Technical instructor for industrial motor controls
} Any other program as deemed fit by management
} Development of proposals technically
} Co-ordinate Computer Administrator / I.T support
} Technical Project implementation(consulting)
} Electrical facility maintenance
} Develop new courses
} Participate in installation and repairs for clients
} Participate in Recruitment activities for clients
} Facilitate other programs as may be assigned
} Any other duty as may be assigned
Task Element
} Ensure the timely preparation of manual
} Development of manual for various courses
} Ensures availability of technical training consumables
} Foresee technical logistics
} Carry out research on modern training needs
} Schedule hard disk backup for office computers
} Manage LAN, WLAN and internet facilities
} Advice on technical training equipment for efficient delivering of courses
} Pay scheduled visit to client to identify their training needs
} Implement electrical schematic drawings with Ms –Visio , AutoCAD and Corel-Draw
} Conduct recruitments interview for technical personnel
} Manage power and equipments
} Repair electrical faults on facilities
