The truth about Total recruitment process is simply this.
Most of the opening are specalise positions so you don't expect all the openings to pass through the same process.Imagine yourself as the HRM there are certain position requiring just one person and you may have close to 1000 applications for this position.
What will you do?
You will simply select the 10 of the best candidate for an interview and that it instead of wasting money oganising tests and the like. Mind you HRM also has his own budjet and they are human.
My point is this don't expect all the applcations to call candidates for test.Some will simply progress to the interview stage. You only expect a call for test when the number of candidates required for the job are many.
